Georgia Zafferes created The Narcissistic Abuse Project from a deeply personal desire to turn pain into power—and to give others a place to reclaim their voices. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emmanuel College, more than 20 years working with children and families, and 12 years of experience teaching yoga, personal training, and group fitness, her work has long centered on helping people feel supported, capable, and connected to themselves.

Her background extends into meditation and the healing arts, shaped by trainings and teachings from Byron Katie, Rolf Gates, Jacqui Bonwell, Guru Singh, Judith Lasater, and many others. Through movement, stillness, self-inquiry, and physical strength, Georgia developed practices that would eventually support her through her own heartbreaks. What she had learned while helping others became something she needed to live for herself: how to listen inward, recognize painful patterns, rebuild self-trust, and begin again.

The Narcissistic Abuse Project grew from that intersection of lived experience, education, movement, and healing. Georgia’s vision is to create a space where women and men can share their stories anonymously, on their own terms, and feel less alone. It is a place to acknowledge experiences that can be difficult to explain, especially when the deepest wounds are invisible.

The merchandise is an extension of that purpose: something tangible to wear as a token of empowerment, a statement of identity, or a reminder of a boundary finally chosen. Each piece offers a way to wear what someone has always wanted to say—even before they are ready to say it aloud. Through this project, Georgia is turning her own pain into a platform for expression, connection, and the freedom to be quiet no more.

Quiet no more. Wear your power.
